Do you qualify?
To be considered for surgery with Dr. Hargroder, the following requirements must apply to you:
Be between 15 and 70 years old (over age 60 requires a special evaluation)
Have a BMI 30 or greater ( BMI below 35 require special consideration) BMI below 35 is not covered by insurance.
More than 60 lbs. overweight
Patients who have had previous weight loss surgery require special consideration
